Chris grew up in Central New York and graduated from Marcellus High School. He has over 25 years of coaching experience and has worked with young players from many different countries and backgrounds. In addition to his role as a guidance counselor for the City School District, Chris is the head varsity boys soccer coach at Fowler High School where he has brought great success, including the 2012 Section III Class ‘A’ Championship and Coach of the Year awards. Chris began NY Soccer Central in 2003 with his colleague Richard Shaw and together they have developed a program that continues to positively influence so many young players and families in Central New York. Chris majored in Psychology and Philosophy while playing college soccer at Oswego State, and received his Masters in Educational/School Counseling.
